The Federation of Nepali Journalists is shocked and saddened by the sad news of the passing of former President of the Federation of Nepali Journalists Taranath Dahal. His revered father Kedarnath Dahal passed away on Friday, Chaitra 20 at the age of 95.

Late Kedarnath was known in the society as an educationist and social worker. During this time, he worked as the Deputy Panchayat of the then Shikharpur Village Panchayat of Sindhupalchowk for 14 years and established Shree Sheetala Devi Secondary School in Melamchi Municipality-10.

The Federation pays heartfelt tribute to the late father and prays for the eternal peace of his soul. In addition, in this hour of grief, the Federation expresses its deepest condolences, wishing that the former President and senior journalist of the Federation, Dahal, may find the strength to bear the loss of his beloved family.
