Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

FNJ hereby invites qualified firms/suppliers/company to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlisting in the vendor list of F/Y 2077/78 as mentioned below categories:

1. Domestic and International Air Ticketing.

2. Vehicle Hiring Services inside and outside Kathmandu valley

3. IT Supply and service (Computer, Laptop, Printer and Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and IT accessories)

4. Website, database, software and application development

5. IT services such as networking and technical support on computer, laptop, printer and others)

6. Insurance services (Non-life assets, vehicle, medical and accidental)

7. Furniture and Furnishing Supply

8. Office Stationery and Office Supplies

9. Printing and publication (Visiting Card, notebook, pen, annual report, t-shirts, cap, bags etc.)

10. Maintenance (furniture, office plumbing and electricity maintenance)

11. Hotel services (meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation)

12. Advertisement agencies (online and print media)

13. Translation and interpretation services

Interested firm/suppliers/ company/ should submit:

(1) A cover letter,

(2) A copy of registration certificate,

(3) VAT/PAN registered copy,

(4) Latest Tax Clearance Certificate FY 2077/078

(5) Vendor profile

A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Only interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI in hard copies or through email at our office address by 31 December 2021.
